I am currently a Technical Advisor for Xbox Support at Microsoft. I get to work with many teams to make sure we get gamers back to gaming everyday! My passion for gaming started when I was in middle school. I used to play Halo 3 and Madden with my dad and other friends all of the time. As time went on and my gaming catalog evolved, I realized that my underlying passion could become a career. I went on to study information sciences in college and never thought I would land at the massive tech giant I am a part of today. I am always looking for ways to give back and show support to other women who are looking to advance within the industry.

I work with animals by day and play video games by night. Video games have been a major part of my life and in one way or another they opened a gate way to many of my interests, which include but aren't limited to anime, music, make up and fashion. On my days off I dabbled with D&D and have sessions with friends, with that came dreams of detailed dioramas and hopes of LARPing in the future. My friends know me best for doodling chibis of those I adore and being a big fan of all things cephalopods. With every new game I grow and understand myself more and more, and I'm so happy to see more inclusivity in the industry. I want to be a part of that and help others know that it's okay to be a little different because we all are and that's beautiful!

I’ve been a fan of video games ever since my mom sat me in front of the TV to watch her play the first Legend of Zelda as a child. I think because of that video games have become an integral part of my life and personality. I’ve recently picked up streaming and it has become a major passion of mine. I was the main gamer in my family and my siblings would sit behind me and watch as I acted out story lines for them. I have fond memories of those times so I hope I can provide that type of feeling for viewers in the future.

My love for gaming started when my grandmother placed the Nintendo controller in my hand to play Super Mario Bros & the rest was history. Seeing the joy it brought her when she was playing, I knew then gaming didn’t have an age. I am always roaming the foggy bayou in Saint Dennis as a cowgirl or locking my neighbor up in a room or bringing fruit cake to the welcoming party on Sims. In my downtime when I am not at working or gaming, I enjoy working on cosplays and making candles! It’s important to know that women in gaming have a place, and that place is here.

Right next to fashion, video games are my passion. Growing up as a gamer, I became quickly fascinated and deeply immersed in them. I genuinely enjoy all of the aspects and production of video games. I really love that through gaming, I can bond with just about anyone. Currently I work as a cosplayer, painter, and 3D artist pursuing game development. Specializing in character modeling, it is my goal to create unique, diverse characters in order to bring more positive representation to games.
