TOP COLLEGIATE ORGANIZATION AWARD honors the collegiate team or organization that models creating diverse and/or inclusive esports teams. This organization will have brought gamers together, inspires the next generation of gamers, and is raising the collegiate esports standards in the last year. This team will have started a community of players, fellow gamers, and/or esports professionals that centers women or femme identifying persons across the spectra of gender identity and expression, and effectively raised the bar of what a collegiate esports team can become.

TOP EDUCATOR AWARD honors a woman or femme identifying leader who works in the collegiate space, advancing diversity and inclusion in collegiate esports. This individual may be a coach, mentor, teacher, or advisor to an esports team. They are knowledgeable of barriers and conflicts negatively impacting the esports industry, are approachable and mindful when issues arise, and are responsive to the needs of their individuals on their teams, especially survivors of violence/online harassment. 

BEST INTERN AWARD honors a woman or femme identifying intern working in the esports and/or gaming industry in the last 12 months. This individual will have exceeded expectations during their internship, and made a significant impact on their team. Additionally, they believe in the mission of the*gameHERs and use their platform, no matter how big or small, to empower and uplift women and/or femme identifying persons across the spectra of gender identity and expression.

UP AND COMING COLLEGIATE TEAM AWARD honors a new collegiate team or organization that exemplifies diverse and/or inclusive collegiate esports. This team must have been founded in the last 12 months and have a membership of at least 50% women and/or femme identifying persons across the spectra of gender identity and expression. The team will be a model for other up and coming collegiate teams and forging a path for change in esports.

YOUTUBER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the woman or femme identifying person who avidly streamed or produced content on YouTube, inspired others, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have created interesting, consistent, and inspiring content for their fans and fellow gamers during the past year, taking streaming to a new level. 

COSPLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the woman or femme identifying cosplayer who has avidly created cosplay content, inspired others, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have created interesting, reliable, and motivating content for their fans and fellow gamers, taking cosplaying to a new level during the past year.

TTRPG CAMPAIGN OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the TTRPG campaign that raises the bar on women or femme centered, LGBTQIA+, and/or humanitarian issues that impact our world. The winner of this award must have an inclusive cast of talent and have been active within the last 12 months.

JOURNALIST OF THE YEAR AWARD honors an influential woman or femme identifying journalist who has avidly written, posted, and reported on gaming and/or esports in any aspect, inspired others and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have created interesting, reliable, and inspiring content for their fans and fellow gamers during the past year, taking reporting and journalism within gaming and/or esports to a new level.

DESIGNER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the game designer who through level design, narrative choices, and much more contribute to promoting inclusivity, incorporating diverse characters or raising awareness of any women or femme centered, LGBTQIA+, and/or humanitarian issues that impact our world. The Game Designer of the Year continues to raise expectations for how we celebrate woman or femme identifying individuals throughout gaming communities.

The INNOVATION IN GAMES AWARD honors a woman or femme identifying person in gaming who has brought something new, unique, and impactful to the industry. This professional’s innovative practices raise awareness of women or femme centered, LGBTQIA+, and/or humanitarian issues that impact our world, and continues to raise expectations for how we celebrate woman or femme identifying individuals throughout gaming communities.

COACH OF THE YEAR AWARD honors a woman or femme identifying esports coach on a professional esports team. This person will be knowledgeable of the toxicity that pervades the esports industry, are approachable and respectful when issues arise, and are responsive to the needs of the individuals on their teams.

PRIZEPICKS TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the esports team of women and femme identifying individuals who have most successfully brought gamers together, inspired others, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This team will have started a community of players, fellow gamers, or esports professionals that exceeded 50% of women and femme identifying individuals, effectively raising the bar of what an esports team can become.

PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the most influential player in esports who has avidly competed in tournaments or competitions, inspired other women and femme identifying individuals and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have shown excellent sportsmanship no matter the outcome of their competitions. This person, their gameplay, and their sportsmanship will have motivated their fans and fellow gamers during the past year, taking esports, gaming, and competition to a new level.

iFOLIO BEST ESPORTS CREATIVE AWARD honors the creative efforts of an esports organization – be it through social media, video production, community or event related activations– that elevates and honor women and femme identifying individuals in the esports space during the last 12 months. The organization, agency, or person will have created interesting content for their fans and fellow gamers.

ASPIRING ALLY ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the esports organization that prioritizes diversity and inclusion in the composition of their organization. To be considered for this award, this organization will have more than 50% of woman or femme identifying individuals in their organization in the past 12 months. This team will have made an impact in the esports industry, raising the bar for future companies and teams. Additionally, this organization is highlighting the need for more woman or femme identifying individualsto be represented in esports.

SHOUTCASTER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the women or femme identifying person who has avidly casted gaming tournaments or similar esports events (in person or online), inspired other women or femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have created interesting, reliable, and motivating content for their fans and fellow gamers, taking casting to a new level during the past year.

INDIE GAME OF THE YEAR AWARD recognizes the independent game that gamers have most enjoyed this past year. Note: Indie games are generally games that have been developed and published by a small team of passionate folks, and without the backing of large studios (Activision, Riot, Sony, etc). The Indie Game of the Year is not only fun to play, but inspired the*gameHERs community through their art, character development, story, and overall design. This game will have also promoted inclusivity by incorporating diverse characters, and/or raised awareness to any women or femme centered, LGBTQIA+, or controversial issue in our world, potentially reaching an audience beyond what was intended. They are raising the bar for indie game storylines for the future.

MOBILE GAME OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the notable mobile game that has centered woman or femme identifying individuals, inspired others and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This game will have also promoted inclusivity by incorporating diverse characters, and/or raised awareness to any women or femme centered, LGBTQIA+, or controversial issues in our world, potentially reaching an audience beyond what was intended. They are raising the bar for mobile-game storylines for the future.

TRIPLE A COMMUNITY MANAGER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the woman or femme identifying community manager who has avidly brought gamers together, inspired other woman or femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have led the social initiative for a Triple A game that raised the bar of what gaming communities can become.

SPONTIVLY INDIE COMMUNITY MANAGER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the community manager who is a woman or femme identifying individual, and has avidly brought gamers together, inspired other women or femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have led the social initiative for an Indie game that raised the bar of what gaming communities can become.

GAME DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the woman or femme identifying game developer who has contributed to a game or studio in a way that raises awareness about women and femme centered, LGBTQIA+, and/or humanitarian issues that impact our world. This person will have avidly brought gamers together, inspired other women or femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months.

TWITCH STREAMER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the most influential streamer who has avidly streamed on Twitch, inspired other women and femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have created interesting, reliable, and motivating content for their fans and fellow gamers during the past year, taking streaming to a new level.

CREATIVE STREAMER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the creative streamer who through D&D, music, fitness, makeup, etc pushes the bar raises the bar on woman or femme identifying, LGBTQIA+, and/or humanitarian issues in the content creation space.

STREAM TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the Stream Team that dedicates itself to the elevation, improvement & advocacy of not just it’s streamers but other women and femme identifying people who create content in the space. This Team advocates for and femme identifying individuals and LGBTQIA+ issues, and helps promote awareness while raising often underrepresented voices to the top.

RGB CUSTOM PC RISING STREAMER OF THE YEAR AWARD is for the up & coming woman or femme identifying person who has displayed a mastery of the craft of streaming and shown tremendous growth within the last 12 months. They may not be partnered or have a checkmark but they are well on their way!

FACEBOOK/META STREAMER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the streamer who has avidly streamed on Facebook, inspired other women and femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This woman or femme identifying individual will have created interesting, reliable, and motivating content for their fans and fellow gamers during the past year, taking streaming to a new level.

CHARITY STREAMER OF THE YEAR AWARD honors the streamer who has collected and donated an incredible amount of money to charity organizations during the last 12 months. This woman and/or femme identifying person will have raised a significant amount of money for any type of charitable foundation by streaming and creating content for their fans and fellow gamers within the past year.
