Third Annual the*gameHERs Awards Presented by Streamlabs Announced

 

Recognizing Exceptional Women In Gaming

(Summer 2022 - New York, NY) The Third Annual the*GameHERs Awards today announced Streamlabs, a leading provider of live streaming tools and brand of Logitech For Creators, as the presenting partner.

Since the debut of the awards show in 2020, the nominations and voting submissions continue to grow. In 2021, over 5,000 women were recognized for their excellence through nominations submitted across categories of esports, game development, content creation, charity, marketing, and rising stars, as well as at the collegiate level. Across that total number of nominees, there were over 150,000 votes to determine the 38 winners.

Nominations for 2022, which are open to the public, went live on August 3rd. Voting will be executed through Awards Force, a secure and expedient platform, which is recognized as the #1 awards software in the United States. The winners will be announced and celebrated during our live broadcast on the*gameHERs Twitch in November 2022. A new addition to the awards this year will be a series of in-person celebrations throughout the US. Full details on each party will be announced later this year.

 
 

Additional brands continue to roll in to support the*gameHERs Awards through sponsorship of individual awards partnerships. PrizePicks and iFOLIO are both renewing their partnerships at the awards level. RGB Custom PC, Spontivly, Generation Esports and Logitech G have also joined as partners.
